These terms explain how families may use 11+ Compass. The service provides educational practice and is not a guarantee of exam entry, marks or admission.

Accounts and children

A parent must create and supervise the family account, keep login details secure, and ensure child profiles contain appropriate information. We may suspend access to protect users or the service.

Trials and subscriptions

The seven-day Plus trial does not require payment details. After the trial, access ends unless a parent chooses a paid plan. Prices, learner limits, included features and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment. A parent may cancel through the billing area; cancellation does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Learning content

Questions and AI explanations are for practice and may occasionally contain errors. Parents should use their judgement and report issues. You must not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our content.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK law. We will provide required pre-contract information and confirmation for online purchases.
